Angus C Littlejohn Jr. – Prior to establishing Littlejohn Capital, Mr Littlejohn was the co-founder of Littlejohn & Co. LLC in 1996, a private equity firm focused on investing in middle market companies that are undergoing change in capital structure, strategy, operations or growth that can benefit from its operational and strategic approach, and today is Chairman of the Board. Since inception Littlejohn & Co has raised five funds totaling approximately $5.0 billion which have delivered industry leading returns. Prior to Littlejohn & Co, Mr. Littlejohn was a founding partner of Joseph, Littlejohn & Levy in New York, where he was the lead partner responsible for operations at its portfolio companies. Prior to founding JLL, Mr. Littlejohn was a managing director of Quadrex Securities in New York, where he specialized in leveraged buy-outs. Before that, he was a private entrepreneur in mining, aviation and equipment leasing. He began his career as an associate in corporate finance at S.G. Warburg & Co. in London, England after receiving his B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1973.
Angus C Littlejohn III – Prior to joining Littlejohn Capital in 2013, Mr. Littlejohn was an associate at Wellspring Capital Management LLC, a middle market private equity firm, where he focused on investments across a variety of industries. Previously, Mr. Littlejohn served as an analyst at Harris Williams & Co., a middle market investment bank, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and the aerospace, defense and government services sector. Mr. Littlejohn began his career as a consultant at FTI Consulting, a global consulting firm, where he specialized in corporate turnarounds and restructurings. Mr. Littlejohn graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2007, where he received a B.A., magna cum laude, in Economics, with additional concentrations in Corporate Strategy and Latin American Studies.
Carl R. Schlotman IV – Prior to joining Littlejohn Capital in 2018, Mr. Schlotman was an associate at Five Points Capital, a middle market private equity firm, where he focused on investments across a variety of industries. Previously, Mr. Schlotman worked in investment banking for Wells Fargo Securities, where he specialized in leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions and other debt financings. Mr. Schlotman graduated from Queens University, where he received a B.S., cum laude, in Business Administration with additional concentrations in Finance and Political Economy.
